• We changed the path of the drawstring in Generation 4 to eliminate the concern.
• To our great surprise, our feedback from our loyal customers was split between, huge improvement and why did you change it I prefer the original design.
• Based on our commitment to listen to our customers, we concluded that we need to offer both designs, therefore we branded Generation 1,2,3 (and now 3.1) MAX Support and Generation 4 (and now 5) REGULAR Support.
