We don't like to wear used underwear and we are sure you feel the same! UFM will accept return of products (within 30 days of purchase) that are UNWORN, UNWASHED and the PACKAGING IS UNDAMAGED. Buyer is responsible for trackable return postage. For exchange or return, please contact us at sales@ufmunderwear.com for an authorization number. To expedite exchange for size, UFM recommends re-ordering the correct size immediately with a new order. We will credit your card upon receipt and inspection of the return.
